During the WSD Board of Education meeting of December 19, 2013, the Wentzville School District recognized all of the building Teachers of the Year and announced the winner of the District Teacher of the Year Award. Jeremy Boesch, an English teacher at Timberland High School, has been selected as the Wentzville School District Teacher of the Year for 2013-14. Candidates are judged on the respect and admiration of students, parents and colleagues. Selection is also based on their ability to inspire and educate students of all backgrounds and abilities.

We proudly share that our daughter, Angela,  was a finalist in the selection process. Congratulations to all the Teachers of the Year and Jeremy Boesch!


Wentzville School District Annual Holiday Assistance Program

It is that time of year when the Community Relations Department of the Wentzville School District kicks off its annual Holiday Assistance program to benefit District families in need.


Friends of Wentzville Parks Receives Donation


Local independent insurance agent Shawn Waked has secured a $2,000 donation to the non-profit group Friends of the Wentzville Parks from Safeco Insurance. 


Holt Named to U.S. News Best High Schools List

Holt High School has been named one of the nation’s top high schools by U.S. News & World Report which released its fourth annual Best High School Rankings on May 8th. Wentzville’s Emil E. Holt Sr. High received its first ever Bronze medal rating, and is one of only 124 Missouri High Schools to be named to the prestigious list. Nearly 22,000 high schools were reviewed for the rankings in 49 states and the District of Columbia. Locally, Holt was the only high school in St. Charles County to receive a medal rating.
