Strength Training Program for Middle-aged and Older Adults (9-14)

Strength training has many benefits like improved balance and denser bones, but many people hesitate to go to a gym to do it. University of Missouri Extension is offering two strength training programs for middle-aged and older adults on Thursdays this fall.
