Spring Arrives With St. Peters Community & Arts Center’s Latest Exhibition “My Mother’s Garden” (5.17)

Stop by St. Peters’ Community & Arts Center and walk through a beautiful garden of paintings, photographs, sculptures and other artwork at the Center’s “My Mother’s Garden” Art and Photography Exhibition. The show featuring amateur and professional artists in both adult and youth categories will run from March 26-May 17.

St. Peters Goes Green at Home and Garden and Great Outdoors Show

To help celebrate St. Peters’ Centennial milestone this year, the City of St. Peters will kick off a new Going Green campaign on March 27 at the annual Chamber of Commerce Home and Garden and Great Outdoors Show at City Hall.

Note: The Home and Garden and Great Outdoors Show runs March 27-28. City events are only on Saturday.

St. Peters Offers Camps for Arts, Sports & General Activities

From playing sports to creating art to just playing with friends, St. Peters Summer Camps provide plenty of choices with something for every kid.

Registration for St. Peters Summer Camps begins Saturday, March 13. Register in person at the St. Peters Rec-Plex, 5200 Mexico Road. Art Camps also are available through online registration using the Rec-Connect feature at www.stpetersmo.net. The first Summer Camps begin June 1.

On March 20, the City of St. Peters’ will kick off our seventh aluminum can drive to say thanks to our military personnel for all they do.

The City of St. Peters Job Fair on Monday, March 15, 2010, will be a great opportunity for any area resident seeking seasonal employment. The Job Fair will run from 2-5 p.m. at St. Peters City Hall.

St. Peters’ Community & Arts Center’s weekly art camps will fuel your child’s mind and give them the satisfaction of completing the creative process…coming up with the idea, creating the artwork, displaying the piece and having it seen by the public. Registration for art camps begins March 13.
