Learn easy dance steps for better health from Dance St. Louis and visit with St. Luke’s physicians & health educators.  Screenings are free unless noted:  Blood Pressure, Bone Density, BMI, Pulmonary Function, HealthAware self-assessments and Chol/Glucose ($15 for non-fasting test).  Attendance prizes include Trip to Cancun; Tickets to River North Chicago Dance, $100 visa Gift Card and more!  If registering family members, or friends, please complete the registration for EACH participant.
