  Northerners will tell you - there is no need to an invitation  these creatures. Moose make themselves at home and they stay until they want to leave!

Contrary to what we were raised to believe, Moose are not really as lovable and good natured as Bullwinkle and pretty much do exactly what they want with no interference from man.

In actuality, Moose can be one of the most cantankerous of mammals and will 'charge' at a moments notice. Most Moose weigh well over 1,000 pounds and are far more agile than they appear. Thus, humans who live around them simply respect and appreciate their presence, and when necessary, live life according to their schedule. 

  The owners of this home called in for work the day this Mother Moose gave birth to her young and treasured the experience of watching nature take it's course. After all, Momma Moose sure didn't look like she was in any hurry to leave...isn't nature fabulous!
