You Have Just Taken a Pictorial Tour of a Prison Facility in Leoban Austria.   These photos were falsely  circulated throughout the internet as pictures of the Cook County Correctional Center in Chicago, Illinois. Not True...however for many, it was believable!     

At least we now know the American government is not the only government that spends money foolishly!
